Capbreton

We started the day with a combination of croissants and coffee while enjoying the scenic view along the river. Our next stop was Orange, where we set up French phone lines. Afterward, we took a drive to the Hossegor sand dunes, specifically Plage de la Piste. The beach was bustling with numerous surfers catching waves. To our surprise, we spotted a guy on an electric bike cruising along the beach with a surfboard attached to it, checking the surf conditions. I was imagining one of us doing this or maybe all four of us. As our appetite grew, we indulged in a delicious lunch in Biarritz. We sipped refreshing Aperol spritz cocktails with thick pasta straws and savored calamari a la plancha. Continuing our coastal exploration, we headed to Anglet, where we strolled along the ocean "promenade." The rhythmic sound of the waves and the gentle sea breeze created a soothing atmosphere.

For dinner, we found ourselves in Capbreton, enjoying a meal at a restaurant situated on the harbor. It was there that we had the pleasure of meeting Darling and her daughters. We made a friend!
